The following terms and conditions apply to all hire contracts and indicate the customers responsibilities and liabilities during any rental period:
All equipment hire is up to 8AM on the day of return. Late returns will incur a further days charge at ful rate.
A £250 deposit is required to hold against any damage to the trailer itself, equipment included with the trailer hire or to any other equipment hired to the customer.
This includes straps, wheels and tyre punctures etc. This deposit will be returned in full once all equipment hired to the customer has been returned on time and without damage or loss.
To hire any trailer, the customer must produce a valid driving license with current documents showing adequate vehicle insurance for the towing vehicle and its registration document. All addresses on these documents must match.
One further form of ID is required which can be utility bill or something with the customers name and address on.
Trailers will be covered on the insurance of the towing vehicle against some damage. It is the customers responsiblity to ensure that they have adequate insurance cover before hiring any item from DS&P Services Ltd.
In the event of total loss i.e theft or written-off damage, the customer is responsible for replacing the entire trailer / equipment with new equipment and within 30 days.
